CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES

eve of sutton is NOT responsible for any taxes and customs duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. International orders cannot be refused. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer or postal service error. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.

If you are not satisfied with your item we want to make it right. Please note we only offer exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be;

-In the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage. 

-Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the date of delivery of an item.

-Will need information from purchase/confirmation e-mail.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@eveofsutton.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note items purchased from a sale are final sale.

Any original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund and if order qualified for free shipping a restocking fee of 15$ will be deducted from the return amount.

 Note:
All costs associated with your return are your responsibility. We suggest you obtain a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for lost packages. If a return does not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to refuse and discard the items without providing a refund.
